Isabelle Ashworth founded Vow & Velvet on a simple belief: the most beautiful weddings feel effortless, and effortless is planned.
Before she planned weddings, Isabelle spent years producing hotel galas and private dinners across Central Florida, rooms where a hundred small decisions had to disappear into one seamless evening.
She brought that discipline, and a florist’s eye for restraint, to weddings. Today she leads a small studio of planners and stylists who guide a limited number of couples each season.

Twelve months out
The consultation
We listen. You tell us about the two of you, the guests who matter most and the day you keep imagining. We tell you honestly what it will take.
Ten months out

A written creative direction and a private mood board, agreed before anything is booked, so every later decision has something to answer to.
Eight months out
The team
We introduce the photographers, florists, caterers and musicians we trust, and negotiate on your behalf within the budget you set.
Four months out
The details
Paper, tastings, floor plans and timelines. Choices are reviewed with you in one calm meeting a month, never in a flurry of messages.
The week of
The rehearsal
We walk the room, run the ceremony and confirm every delivery. By the night before, nothing is left to chance.
