Planning, in five measures.

Every couple arrives with a different amount already decided. Choose the level of care that fits, and change it as the wedding takes shape.

Full-Service Planning

For couples who want to be delighted, not managed.

We begin at the first venue tour and stay through the morning after. You set the vision and make the decisions that matter; we carry everything else, so the year before your wedding feels like anticipation rather than a second job.

  • A written creative direction and private mood board
  • Venue search, tours and contract negotiation
  • Vendor curation, contracts and budget tracking
  • Design, styling and floor-plan development
  • Guest logistics, transportation and accommodations
  • A dedicated lead planner and a full day-of team
We begin
Twelve to eighteen months out
Best for
Weddings of 80 to 250 guests

Partial Planning

For couples who have started and want a steady hand.

You have a venue, a date, perhaps a florist. What you need now is structure and someone who has seen how this goes. We audit what is booked, name what is missing and guide you through the rest.

  • A planning audit of what is booked and what is not
  • Monthly planning sessions and a shared timeline
  • Introductions to vetted vendors as you need them
  • Vendor communication and contract review
  • Final-month management and ceremony rehearsal
  • A wedding-day coordination team
We begin
Six to ten months out
Best for

Wedding Day Coordination

For couples who planned every detail and want it honored.

You have made the choices. We make sure each one arrives, on time and exactly as you pictured it. Two months out we take over the plan, and from the first delivery to the last goodbye you do not need to think about logistics.

  • Two planning meetings and a complete vendor handoff
  • A minute-by-minute timeline and vendor confirmations
  • Ceremony rehearsal, led by us
  • A lead coordinator and assistant on the day
  • Set-up, guest flow and vendor management
  • Close-out: returns, gifts and belongings
We begin
Eight weeks out

Design & Styling

For couples who care most about how it looks and feels.

Palette, florals, tables, paper and light, composed as a single picture rather than a list of purchases. Our design director draws each room before it is built, and we stay to install it, down to the placement of a single candle.

  • Creative direction, palette and materials
  • Floral and lighting design with your florist
  • Tablescapes, rentals and linens sourced and sampled
  • Stationery and signage art direction
  • Floor plans, drawings and on-site installation
  • Stands alone, or pairs with any planning level
We begin
Nine to twelve months out
You receive

Destination Weddings

For couples marrying somewhere that matters, near or far.

A lakeside villa in Italy or a quiet beach on the Gulf Coast, planned as carefully as a wedding at home. We scout, source local partners, and travel with the team so your guests are welcomed as warmly as if they were at your door.

  • Site scouting by video and, where possible, in person
  • Local vendor sourcing and travel logistics
  • Guest travel, accommodations and welcome events
  • Legal and paperwork guidance for the destination
  • Weather and contingency planning
  • An on-site team for the whole wedding weekend
We begin
Twelve to eighteen months out

Questions, answered.

How far ahead should we reach out?

As early as you can. Most full-service couples begin twelve to eighteen months before the wedding, but we take on day-of coordination as close as eight weeks out, and we will always tell you honestly what is possible.

Do you work with our venue and vendors?

Yes. We are glad to work with the venue and vendors you already love, and we introduce trusted alternatives only where a gap appears.

How do you set your fees?

Every wedding is different, so we quote after the consultation, once we understand the scope, guest count and location. You will see a full proposal in writing before you decide anything.

Can you plan a wedding outside Florida?

Yes. Destination weddings are one of our five services. We plan with local partners and travel with the team for the wedding weekend.

What if we only want help with design?

Design & Styling stands on its own, or pairs with any other service. Many couples plan most of the day themselves and bring us in for how it looks and feels.

Is Vow & Velvet a real business?

No. Vow & Velvet Weddings is a fictional studio created as a concept project by Statica Design Agency. Its weddings, people, quotes and contact details are sample content, and the photography is stock imagery.

Not sure which fits? Begin with a conversation.

In forty-five minutes we will understand the day you want and tell you which level of care suits it, even if the honest answer is less than you expected.
